The one vehicle at your wedding that can't get stuck in traffic.
Downtown Austin on a Saturday night is a car park. A limo idles in it. A pedicab goes around, down the bike lane, and has you at the reception before the shuttle has cleared the block.
We do three things for weddings, and honestly the first is the one people are still talking about years later.
The getaway. You come out of the venue, everybody's throwing something, and instead of climbing into a black car you climb into an open carriage and roll off down Congress with the skyline behind you. It photographs beautifully — ask your photographer, they'll agree before you finish the sentence. We'll decorate the carriage to match your colors.
Guest shuttles. Ceremony one place, reception another, after-party a third. Guests in heels, in August. A few cabs running that loop all night solves a problem that otherwise becomes forty text messages and a lot of surge pricing.
The end of the night. Getting people from the reception back to their hotel, safely, at an hour when downtown is chaos. It's the least glamorous thing we do at weddings and the one couples thank us for most.
Group charters
Not just weddings. Anywhere a group needs moving.
A charter means we bring the cabs to you and stay with your group — we pick your people up and drop them wherever they need to go, for as long as you've booked us.
Bachelor & bachelorette parties
Genuinely the best use of a pedicab charter. Nobody drives, nobody gets separated, and the party doesn't stop between bars because the ride is part of the night. Rainey Street and East Sixth are both built for this.
Corporate & conference groups
Moving a team from a downtown hotel to a dinner, or shuttling attendees between a convention venue and an off-site event. Far more memorable than a coach, and it sidesteps the congestion that surrounds every big conference.
Birthdays, reunions, family visits
Groups where somebody can't manage the distance, or where you want everyone to see the city between stops rather than the back of a headrest.

Before you ask.
How many people fit in one pedicab?
The carriages comfortably seat a couple, and most groups book several cabs so everybody travels together. We run 25 bikes for rides, so a big wedding party isn't a problem — tell us your group size when you call and we'll tell you exactly how many cabs that is.
Will you decorate the carriage?
Yes — flowers, tulle, a sign on the back, whatever fits your colors. Send your photographer's shot list too if there's a specific image you want; it's much easier to set up than to recreate.
What if it rains?
Call and we'll talk it through honestly rather than pretend the weather isn't happening. Austin rain is usually brief and the carriages have canopies, but a genuine storm is a different conversation.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can if your date lands on a festival weekend — SXSW in March and the two ACL weekends in October are the ones that fill. Ordinary weekends are usually fine with less notice, and we can sometimes do same-day.
What does a charter cost?
Packages are listed above — $198 premium, $288 VIP, and $54 per half hour for each extra cab and driver. Outside central Austin adds $81 to $135 depending on distance. Call with your date and group size and we'll put an exact number on it.

Our wedding cabs come clean — no advertising panels, at no extra charge. Some operators charge a premium to take their own ads off. Decoration in your colors is included.
